SoBerries! Basically "SoBerries" is a vanilla sponge cake,layered with homemade raspberry jam, Chantilly cream and fresh strawberry sliced.Its only a mildly sweet cake relying on the luscious berries instead for the sweetness.
Fresh and juicy strawberry cut in to half, blueberries and Chantilly cream Cannelle for the decoration. Simple and nice.
