Choux au Craquelin . French crunchy Cream Puff


Cream Puff is a French dessert choux pastry ball filled with whipped cream, pastry cream, custard or ice-cream. Great cream puff are always puffy and crispy on the outside but hollow in the center where we filled in the filling. Here is 3 different flavor of cream puff, first from the top (peanut butter), center (dark chocolate), and the last (lychee). 





These cream puffs are topped with a thin layer of "Craquelin" a simple crumble dough, crunchy and tasty, slightly different compare to the ordinary cream puffs.



Stack up the crunchy cream puff to a cone shape,decorate with some fondant daisy flower and lastly put a message. Just right for your next celebration?
