Fruit . Tart . Tartlet



Light, crumbly and flaky tart shell filled up with smooth vanilla custard and nice arranged fruit. Strawberry, mandarin orange and kiwi are the most popular fruit used to decorate the tart. This is because color helps to enhance the appearance of tart, looking more delicacy.


Tartlets are basically the same as tarts but prepared in small,individual portion size. This usually serve in party, it is a kind of finger food and often eat in one bite. Crumbly tart shell with sweet custard and lightly sour fruit,would you want to try it?
